Developed by Epic Games and published by Microsoft Game Studios, Gears of War is a tactical shooter video game, the third person. In the game you must use strategic fire cover and to advance through the various scenarios. You can also use a second player to help assist in your mission. There are also online mode where players play using other modes up to 8 players.
The most important aspect of this game is the use of cover. After moving to more difficult levels, even a few seconds of exposure to enemy fire can cause death. Players are able to aim at enemy targets or use blind-fire while keeping safe behind cover. Blind fire helps to avoid the damage coming from exposing the heads from behind cover. There are many rolling manoeuvres and coverage available for players with the touch of a single button and direction from left thumb-stick.
The main focus of the game Gears of War is on meetings of Marcus Fenix and Delta Squad with the locust Horde. Among the members of Delta Squad: Marcus Fenix, Dominic "Dom", Santiago, Augustus "Cole Train" Cole and Damon Baird. Marcus Fenix has just escaped from a maximum security prison by Jacinto Dominic Santiago. When you use the co-op mode, the second player will assume the identity of Santiago. When multi-player games, can be used all the members of Delta Squad. There are also players available as Private Anthony Carmine, Lieutenant Minh Young Kim and Colonel Victor Hoffman.
The plot:
